Summer Art Camp

Our 2022 Summer Art Camp is a total immersion in the life of a busy museum.

Register now for our Summer Art Camp! After getting inspired by an age-appropriate tour of our summer exhibition, campers roll up their sleeves every day as professional art educators teach them about the skills and techniques they see in our galleries.

By the end of the week, campers will have their very own portfolio of artwork! On the last day of camp, every students will exhibit their artwork in a family-friendly gallery show, then they’ll take home their portfolio to keep.

Our half-day camps are tailored for children aged 6-12. Camps are held weekly from June 13-July 22.

Summer Art Camp includes:

Curriculum focused on art mediums, skills and techniques related to the museum’s summer exhibit
Classes taught by art educators from Arlington Independent School District
Docent-led tour of our summer exhibition
A collection of artwork that each child can keep
All art supplies are provided
Snacks and beverages are also provided every day

Sign Up for 2022 Summer Art Camp

Our Summer Art Camp takes place in the Education Center of the Arlington Museum of Art. Registration includes all art supplies, instruction, daily snacks, exhibition tour, and plenty of artful fun! If you’re registering more than one child for Summer Art Camp, please use a separate form for each child.

Summer Art Camp is $200 per child. There will be a $25 fee for any cancellations, and no refunds for cancellation made less than one week prior to the camp start date. Space is limited, so sign up today!
